Can American Manufacturing be Saved?

"Since the year 2000, the United States has lost over 5.8 million jobs.  Michele will describe why we've had a jobless recovery and what the connection is between state and federal budge deficits and the loss of manufacturing jobs.  What can be done to save American manufacturing?
