Greetings Rotary Club of Fallbrook and Friends, We are assisting the Salvation Army with their annual Bell Ringing campaign again this year at three locations. Major Market Supermarket in Bonsall, Major Market Supermarket in Fallbrook ( 2 bell ringer needed) and Grocery Outlet in Fallbrook. The dates are December 13, 14, 15 and 20,21,22. The three shifts for each location are 11:00am to 1:00 pm, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and lastly 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Please use the ClubRunner software to sign up for the shift you prefer. Thank you. Fallbrook Regional Health District’s first-ever Pedal Power Bike Giveaway is shaping up to be a huge success—83 local kids have been referred by our nonprofit and school partners to receive a bike! Thanks to generous donations, refurbished bikes from E-Bike-A-Go-Go, and community contributions including a donation from the Angel Society, we are well on our way to making this happen. Now, here’s where you come in! We need volunteers to help assemble bikes at our Bike Building Days. No special skills are required—just a willingness to lend a hand (and maybe hold a wrench)! Plus, we’ll provide pizza to keep you fueled. Bike Building Days: The big giveaway event is on April 5th, where Vista Community Clinic will host a Bike Rodeo to teach kids the rules of the road and ensure proper helmet fitting.
